Counselling
Having trained in person centred counselling 27 years ago I have worked in educational and therapeutic settings. In our confidential counselling sessions, you will be able to explore whatever is presenting itself to you. I will support you to explore your feelings, the sessions are a heart-centred way of counselling and you will find the confidential space to explore whatever you wish.

Coaching
Using all my experiences, skills, background, training and intuition from healing myself from a debilitating illness back in my 20s, teaching, counselling, coaching, mentoring and energy healing, you have to know that you're in safe hands. I listen, totally, truly. I am an empath, an intuitive and clairsentient. I feel, I trust and this means I ask questions and sense what is happening within your life.
The way I coach is gentle and receptive, it's feminine and energising. You will be introduced to expressive art methods to help you forward whether it is life, health, creative or business coaching you're seeking. |

Reiki
Reiki is a beautiful form of healing, which can also offered to animals. It is such a gentle healing process that it is applicable to everyone, it is non-invasive and supportive. I offer in person Reiki treatments as well as over Skype. If you wish me to give a Reiki healing session to your animal, it is often best that I come to you as it is less stressful for them and they feel more settled.
Sessions are 60 minutes in total with 45 minutes for treatment and delivered in person in West Oxfordshire or Distantly. |

What starts off as an idea can be brought to life by genuine, respectful authentic communication between you and I. Know that this is wholesome down-to-earth illustration, which starts off with sketching, pens and pencils, professional markers with Reiki symbols drawn in to the art, to provide blessings for you and your business.
I get inside your vision and help you manifest this into reality, by bringing to life your Business Spirit and then transforming this soulful brand into different guises so you can use them in print and online. Magically delicious right?! |

Portraits
Portraits are created by hand, using markers, pens & ink, capturing your inner glow, essence and truth. They are filled with Reiki blessings. Thereby shining a light back at you, so you can see your inner sparkle This is a very unique art method developed by me. whether you want a Reiki Portrait for yourself, as a gift, one for your family or as a celebration, they can be the foundation for Muse Mantras (read more about them here) every image starts with an original drawing.

Muse Mantras
Muse Mantras are spirit-lifting Reiki Portraits taken to the next level to create a piece of art that has your own mantra connected to it. (this can be an affirmation, quote or prayer. These unique illustrations are calming, soothing and inspiring, ultimately I am called to shine a light right back at you so you can see your inner muse, your essence, a reflection of your beauty full self.
