Mental Health Mantra 6/365

Today has been a day when I could easily have stayed under neath the duvet.

What with Parliament voting on lockdown here in England with only 16 against make my heart hurt for so many people who are struggling, me included.  I generally have pretty good flexible mental health, and yet, this is a real challenge.

And yet, I stay hope full. I know there is something very deep going on here, that will come out in the fullness of time. There is a methodology happening behind the scenes. I keep saying this to myself.
